Kansas Logistics Park (KLP), located in Newton Kansas, consists of two 42-acre parcels located
on the southeast side of the city. These two sites are part of a 400 acre industrial development
located just off Interstate 135 and State Highway 50 with access to BNSF Railway via the Kansas
and Oklahoma Railroad. The park takes advantage of both rail and major interstates and offers
ample areas for enclosed warehousing or outside storage. KLP is centrally located which makes
it an ideal location from which to serve manufacturing and transportation industries.
Ceres Northgate Terminal
Ceres Northgate Terminal is located in southeast Saskatchewan, about 80 miles (125 kilometers)
northwest of Minot, North Dakota and 30 miles (55 kilometers) east of Estevan, the center
of Saskatchewan’s energy. Strategically located on Saskatchewan’s heavy haul highway
corridor and the Canada/United States Border, the terminal allows easy truck access to energy
development, industrial users and the growing agricultural sectors in both the United States and
Canada. The terminal, and its associated infrastructure, represents an investment of over $100
million and is integrated with United States and Canadian Customs Services for seamless North
American trade. Adequate water, power and utilities are readily available.
Wonderful Industrial Park
Wonderful Industrial Park (WIP) is a 1,625 acre, BNSF rail-served, master-planned industrial
development located in the southeastern part of Shafter, California. The park combines an
industrial setting with a regional transportation solution, complete with 17,500 feet of track. With
over 3.3 million square feet currently under construction, WIP offers parcel sizes from 5-300
acres and build-to-suit railserved facilities ranging from 100,000 to 2.3 million square feet.
