Banner Bar

A variation of the Default navbar element that serves as a title marquee for applications. The banner bar can contain chips and other action components related to the overall user preferences of the app. It does not contain the nav buttons or task buttons for user tasks within the app.

Internal-only applications must not include the BNSF logo.
