In order to access BNSFs secure network you will first need to register your security information. The information you will be prompted for is as follows:
- RAC ID - Registration Access Code - a registration code that should have been provided to you in an email communication to your personal email address. If you have lost your RAC code or it is no longer valid please contact your BNSF associate and a new one may be generated for you.
- Pin - Personal Identifier Number - a secret four digit number used for authentication
- Password - a secret value used for authentication. Must meet BNSFs password policy which is a Minimum 8 characters, must contain at least one upper case character, one lower case character, and one number in the first eight characters
- Security Questions and Answers - secret answers to three system questions that may be used for authentication.
