On Thursday, March 6 at approximately 3:24 p.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Templeton, IA which has affected the main track. Templeton, IA is approximately 22.2 miles west from Bayard, IA. BNSF personnel are responding to assess the affected area. The estimated time for opening the main track has not been determined at this time.
