Final Report: Train Derailment near Simmons, TX and Shiro, TX (Houston Subdivision)

On Saturday, May 13, 2023, at 11:53 P.M. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Simmons, TX and Shiro, TX which has affected the main track. Shiro, TX, is approximately 25 miles North West of Montgomery, TX. The main track was returned to service on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at 03:35 a.m. CDT
