Final Report: Train Derailment near Poplar, MT (Glasgow Subdivision)

On Sunday, February 16th, 2025, at 07:00 a.m. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train derailment near Poplar, MT which has affected the main tracks. Derailment location is 60 miles east of Glasgow, MT. BNSF personnel responded and assessed the site. The main track was returned to service on February 17th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
