Final Report: Train Derailment near Minot, ND (Montana Division)

On Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at approximately 03:35 A.M. CDT, we received a preliminary report of a train 
derailment near Minot, ND which affected the main track. BNSF field personnel responded and assessed the derailment 
site. Main track two has been returned to service as of 10:32 PM CDT Wednesday, September 30, 2026. Main track one 
has been returned to service as of 09:41 AM CDT Thursday, October 1,2026.
