Employees of the Year
Employees of the Year is an annual event hosted by the BNSF CEO and Executive team that recognizes employees who demonstrate BNSF's Vision & Values through their commitment, leadership and focus to safely and efficiently meet customer expectations.
Employees of the Year honorees are distinguished team members who are selected each year by BNSF's Executive Team. All honorees receive a commemorative model BNSF locomotive and select honorees are invited to attend an awards ceremony in Fort Worth. Determinations for who is invited to attend the ceremony are made by the senior leaders in charge of the winning achievements.
