Division track gangs (Non-production/construction gangs) are displayed to supervisors based on the LSMP location reported. This is what allows mobile division gangs such as welding, surfacing, mtce gangs, etc that roll up to the DE, or shared resources between RDMs to be visible in ETR only when they are working on that RDM’s territory.
If crews report working on multiple RDM territories, it will show up in both RDM’s ETR inbox for approval.
