Credit Application Form

Upon completion and submission of this credit application, applicant agrees to make payments within BNSF standard 15-day credit terms for freight charges and 30 days for miscellaneous charges. Applicant also understands the BNSF Railway will assess finance charges of 1% per month (12% annum) on unpaid bills for freight and miscellaneous charges, including demurrage, which are past credit terms.
