Upon completion and submission of this credit application, applicant agrees to make payments within BNSF standard 15-day credit terms for Carload freight charges (7 days for Intermodal and 3PL) and 30 days for miscellaneous charges. Applicant also understands BNSF Railway will assess a finance charge of .033% per day (12% per annum) on all freight and miscellaneous charges, including demurrage, which are paid beyond our credit terms.

For Intermodal Storage do not complete the credit application form. Please register at . During the registration process answer "yes" to the question: "Will you be managing or guaranteeing storage charges?" This will generate a request to guarantee storage online. After your registration is approved someone will contact you about the request.

BNSF can perform a credit reference check, monitor the entity's credit worthiness on an ongoing basis and submit trade receivables to outside credit agencies.

BNSF may, at its discretion, suspend a customer's credit, and either party may cancel this Credit Agreement at any time for any reason, upon notice to the other party. Notice may be written, electronic, or oral if confirmed in writing or electronically, at the place of business noted herein.

Applicant must notify BNSF in writing of any change of ownership, and any changes in the name or structure of the business under which the credit was established. BNSF reserves its right to cancel this agreement to extend credit and to re-evaluate the credit worthiness under the new name, ownership, or structure.
