Personal Information
In general, you can access RailPASS using your device, mobile device, without telling us who you are or revealing any information about yourself. The amount of personal information you disclose to BNSF Railway should only be what is required for the service sought or inquiry you submit. It is never mandatory for you to answer any question, although the extent of your answers may limit the services and that BNSF Railway can offer you or the response BNSF Railway can provide.
BNSF may also collect your location information, including your current latitude and longitude, when you access RailPASS. We collect this information to help us understand how and where visitors are using our content and applications, to allow you access to a particular facility, and to help locate you in the event of an emergency at a BNSF facility using RailPASS.
