Who to Call for Copier, Printer and Fax Service and Supplies

1-800-432-9787……Is this a number you recognize? If not, it should be! This is the Ricoh (formerly Lanier) Worldwide Service & Supply number for all BNSF field locations regarding leased Ricoh/Lanier multi-function devices (MFD), copiers, network printers and fax machines. If you are located at the BNSF campus in Fort Worth, the direct line for Ricoh Service and Supplies is 817-352-4080.

All service calls and supply orders for leased equipment must be placed through the phone numbers provided. Make sure to have the model and serial number ready when placing a call. Supplies for all printers must be ordered through BNSF’s SourceNet system. However, you may contact Ricoh Customer Service for a service call if your printer is leased or under warranty. Do not call the local dealer for service or supplies.

Each Ricoh/Lanier customer service representative has the authority to:

• Answer questions or concerns for all of your Ricoh/Lanier equipment.
• Answer questions about equipment functions and schedule onsite training.
• Give an ETA for service, follow up with the service technician, and/or escalate all calls for service if necessary.
• Place toner requests for leased Lanier MFD and fax equipment and give an ETA on the toner order if needed.
