Management Trainee - Human Resources

Location Corporate Headquarters, Fort Worth, TX
Primary Duties &
Responsibilities
The trainee in this position participates in a wide range of activities. During the first 3 to 4 months, the trainee is involved with administration of benefit programs. Other activities include performance management, job posting and resumé screening, college and professional recruiting, extracting and analyzing compensation data, compiling the Leadership Development program, and administrating benefit programs. Trainees receive cross-functional, departmental training during the 6-month training period, as well as exposure to all departments through an extensive, 1-month Corporate orientation program.
Qualifications Applicants must have a Bachelors or Masters degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Business Management or Industrial Relations with a GPA of 3.0 or above. Individual should be self-directed, well-organized with attention to detail, have strong interpersonal skills, and work well in a team environment. Experience with PC applications is required. Exposure to administrative protocols and confidentiality controls is essential. GPA of 3.0 or above. A current grade transcript must be produced for consideration.
Working Conditions Office environment. Minimum 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work as required.
