Primary Duties & Responsibilities
|
Help administer and present the 2001 BNSF Internship Program. Provide
coordination and assistance in the development and presentation
of the July 2001 BNSF Management Training Program. Other activities
include exposure to the company's staffing programs including internal
job posting, college and professional recruiting. Including an overview
and participation in BNSF Internet recruiting activities.

Qualifications
|
Bachelors Degree candidate with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial
Relations or Business Management. Individual must be self-directed,
well-organized with attention to detail, have strong interpersonal
skills, and work well in a team environment. Experience with PC
applications is required. Exposure to administrative protocols and
confidentiality is essential. Prefer minimum overall GPA of 3.0.

Working Conditions
|
Normal office hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.), five days per week, in
an office environment. Minimal overtime as needed may be required.

Intern Programs Available
|
Summer - end of May until mid-August. Timing is flexible.
